I am teaming up with Lucy from LucyP Yoga to bring you a mindfulness & yoga event via zoom.
Lucy will be doing some vinyasa & yin with you & I will be taking the lead for mindfulness meditation and will also be emailing all attendees daily mindfulness practices for a week after the event.
Come & do as little or as much as you would like. You can have your camera off for the whole event if you prefer.
