An Afternoon of Yoga and Mindfulness

Lucy will lead you through some vinyasa & yin practices. Michelle will be taking the lead for mindfulness meditation and will also be emailing all attendees daily mindfulness practices for a week after the event.
Come & do as little or as much as you would like. You can have your camera off for the whole event if you prefer.
Places are limited. Anyone who signs up before April 14th will receive a free goodie bag to help you set a calming atmosphere at home and also includes a prop to assist with the mindfulness exercise.
Cost is £30 per household not per person. 1 goodie bag provided per household, however for £5 per bag you can add extras on so that everyone has their own
Anyone signing up after April 14th also has the option of paying an extra £5 per person to receive the goodie bag.
Introducing Lucy P
Prior to being a Yoga Teacher, Lucy was a mental health social worker and Approved Mental Health Professional.
Yoga gave Lucy much needed calm, stability, community and a greater sense of self.
Yoga teaching appealed to Lucy not just for the intention of sharing the experience with others but because much like working in mental health no two people you have the privilege of working with will have had the same experience and there is always more to learn.

Join Michelle Williams
Michelle is a Chartered Psychologist with decades of experience. She’s helped thousands of people transform their lives.
Her insight, warmth, and generosity are evident in all that she shares.
Michelle has been cultivating her own mindful practice for the last ten years. She’s particularly passionate about using mindfulness as a vehicle for cultivating self-compassion.
Away from psychology, she’s an avid adventurer and SCUBA diver.
